Torch-On Roofing

TORCH-ON ROOFING

We offer a complete SBS system for flat or low slope roofing. Generally, the complete SBS system contains a flexible SBS elastomeric bitumen waterproofing membrane with a non-woven polyester reinforcement. Both sides are protected by a thermofusible film. Also, there is another layer of SBS elastomeric bitumen waterproofing membranes with a non-woven polyester reinforcement. The topside is protected by slate chippings and the underside is protected by a thermofusible film.

  • High performance: Non-woven polyester reinforcement of 180 g/m² offers excellent static and dynamic puncture resistance.

  • Versatility: Designed to have perfect adaptability to weather and movement of the substrate.

  • Easy to apply: Underside and overlap protected by a thermofusible film for quick and safe use with torch-on techniques. The topside is covered by slate chippings for the protection of the membrane against external elements and UV.

SKYLIGHT INSTALLATION AND REPAIR

Skylight is the window that are install on the roof for light transmission. We offer different type of skylight that can use deck or curb mounted. We use laminated glass for our four different types of skylight. The first skylight type is Solar Powered Venting Skylights, where it uses solar panel to control the skylight. The second skylight is Electric Venting Skylight, where it uses electric to control the skylight. The third skylight is Manual Venting Skylight, where you can use the handle to open and close. The last most inexpensive skylight is a fixed skylight, where it cannot open but fixed. These different types of skylight all come with laminated glass which will lower the noise and keep clean longer.
